Peggy Bissing LPC has spent many years working with at-risk youth that have legal problems, substance abuse issues and a history of trauma. She has an extensive history working in the public school setting allowing her to understand parental frustrations. Her services include post adoption therapeutic assistance for foster children and their families, therapeutic guidance to crime victims, first responders, veterans and assistance for those seeking outpatient treatment for addictions. She provides individual counseling only, but does provide special guidance to families for maintaining homeostasis in the family environment.

She has therapeutically assisted teens and adults that have been in trouble with the law who seek to live a better life. Peggy Bissing LPC has used her skills to improve the lives of crime victims, domestic violence survivors, first responders, combat veterans, treatment resistant clients with addictions and those with involvement in the criminal justice system. She understands the importance of working with the client's extended family members and service providers. Sessions focus on providing ethical and effective treatment for people regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation. Therapeutic efforts concentrate on identifying treatment goals that meet the needs of the client, promoting readiness for change and working towards maintaining long-term change for a healthier and more fulfilling life.
